At Label Anaira, every piece is handcrafted with care by skilled weavers and artisans whose hands have perfected this craft over decades. Each product is manually inspected before dispatch to ensure quality, finish, and authenticity.
While we put our heart into every order, we understand that concerns may occasionally arise. This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful to both our customers and our artisans.
No Cash Refunds
Label Anaira does not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
All eligible returns are processed as store credit only, which can be used to purchase any other product on our website.
When Returns Are Accepted
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
✅ Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace the product immediately.

Return shipping and re-shipping costs will be fully borne by Label Anaira.

Customers must share clear photographs of the defect within the stated timeline.
✅ Size Issues (Where Applicable)

If there is a size-related concern, the product may be returned for store credit, subject to inspection and approval.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
Returns, refunds, or store credit will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal preference after delivery

Product refused at the time of delivery (including COD orders)

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Customer unavailability leading to two failed delivery attempts

Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, or finish due to lighting or the handcrafted nature of the product
These variations are a natural part of handmade textiles and are not considered defects.
COD Orders & Refusals

COD orders that are refused or returned without being opened are treated as customer-initiated returns.

In such cases, forward and return shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount (if any) will be issued as store credit only.

Repeated COD refusals may lead to restriction of COD availability for future orders.
Return Request Timeline

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must share clear photographs of the product and the concern for review.

Store Credit Details

Store credit is issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Store credit cannot be encashed, is non-transferable, and must be redeemed on Label Anaira’s website.
