  • Minor variations in weave, texture, colour, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not defects

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed on Label Anaira may vary based on the customer’s geographical location, IP address, or international access, including the use of VPNs.

  • Customers accessing the website from outside India may see different pricing due to international pricing rules, currency conversions, shipping costs, taxes, and platform-level adjustments.

  • All international prices shown are indicative only. The final payable amount is confirmed at checkout and may vary depending on:

    • Delivery destination

    • Selected shipping method

    • Applicable taxes, duties, and currency conversion rates

    • Payment provider or bank policies

  • International orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.

  • Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and supported international payment methods.

  • Label Anaira does not store or process any card, UPI, or banking details.

Label Anaira reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of pricing discrepancies, stock unavailability, serviceability limitations, or suspected misuse. Any such cancellation will be communicated to the customer and handled in accordance with our applicable policies.

Prices may vary based on location, VPN usage, and delivery destination. International orders are prepaid only (COD not available).

6. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, delivery attempts, and courier responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Label Anaira is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, festivals, or incorrect customer details.

7. Returns, Store Credit & Replacements

All returns, replacements, and store credit terms are governed by our Refund & Store Credit Policy.

No cash refunds are offered.
Eligible cases are resolved through store credit or replacement only, as clearly stated in the policy.

8. COD Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered at our discretion.
Repeated COD refusals or misuse may result in restriction of COD for future orders.

9. User Accounts
