We do a quality check before packing your order, incase if there are any defects - you can send us videos of the same and we will replace it for you immedietly. We do not do refunds or returns. Only Replacements.

We are sure you will! In case you have any doubts on the quality/ colour you can always whatsapp/instagram us. We will go the extra mile of video calling you/ sending you videos and pictures to clear your doubts. Since we do this, we will not be accepting any returns on the basis of liking.

Once the product is shipped we will update you with the tracking details - you will be emailed the same!

Once the order is placed, we will ship the parcel within 3 working days, unless insufficient address/public holidays - it should reach you within 7-10 days. If you need it urgently, please opt for the express shipping during check out!
