All orders placed with Label Anaira are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Dispatch timelines may vary during high-volume periods such as festive seasons, sales, or promotions.

Standard Delivery
After dispatch, orders typically reach customers within 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery address and courier serviceability.
Express Delivery
Orders shipped via DTDC Express or Delhivery Express generally reach within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
All delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, regional restrictions, festive seasons, or unforeseen logistical issues.
International Shipping (Overseas Orders)

Once dispatched, international delivery timelines typically range between 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services.
Customs, Duties & Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges as per the destination country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be borne by the customer.

Delays caused by customs clearance or local postal authorities are beyond our control, and Label Anaira shall not be held responsible for such delays.
International Payment & Delivery Notes

International orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for overseas shipments.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched. Tracking updates may be limited or delayed depending on the destination country’s postal system.

In case of failed international delivery due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or customs-related issues, shipping charges are non-refundable, and resolution will be handled as per our Refund & Store Credit Policy.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on product type, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹999.

Express delivery charges (domestic), if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Customers can track their shipment based on courier availability and destination.
Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability

Courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

Delivery agents may contact the customer to coordinate delivery; therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate address and contact details at the time of placing the order.

If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse in Chennai.

In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer, and any eligible store credit (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and return logistics costs, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We accept Credit & Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (COD – domestic only), and EMI options.
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
