  1. Do you have returns?

    We do a quality check before packing your order. In case there are any defects, you can send us videos of the same and we will replace it for you immediately. We do not do refunds or returns, only replacements.

  2. What if I don't like the saree?

    We are sure you will! If you have any doubts about the quality or colour, you can always WhatsApp or Instagram us. We'll go the extra mile of video calling you or sending you videos and pictures to clear your doubts. Since we do this, we do not accept returns on the basis of liking.

  3. How do I track the status of my order?

    Once your order is shipped, we'll email you the tracking details.

  4. How many days will it take to reach me?

    We dispatch orders within 3–5 business days, and sooner if you choose express shipping at checkout. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, and express delivery 2–3 business days. Public holidays or an incomplete address can add a little time.

  5. Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, on orders of ₹999 and above within India.

  6. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide!

  7. How do I check the sizing for your free size dresses with pockets?

    Our free size dresses fit S to 3XL, up to a 50" waist. You can also check the measurements in each product description for a better understanding!
